Customer Service Advisor in Web Solutions

Web Hosting Canada is looking for a dynamic candidate to fill a position as a Customer Service Advisor in Web Solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to billing, retention, and customer service requests by phone, chat and helpdesk tickets
  • Perform audits on account statements, orders, invoices, and other daily administrative tasks
  • Suggest solutions to customers in close collaboration with the support and sales department

Required Skills & Experience

  • Excellent bilingual communicator (written and spoken)
  • Knowledgeable in the latest technology trends
  • Punctual and dedicated
  • Fast typer
  • Experience in managing a website, domain names or web hosting platforms is an asset
  • Previous experience in customer service or in a call centre an asset
