Cloud Solutions Inbound Sales Representative (B2B)

Are you people-oriented and love technology and entrepreneurship? Web Hosting Canada (WHC) is seeking motivated communicators to participate in selling and promoting its Cloud solutions, already trusted by over 30,000 businesses and entrepreneurs in Canada and abroad.

Under the direct supervision of the Sales Director, your objectives will be twofold: help acquire new clients by suggesting the most fitting services for their budgets and needs, and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure their websites, Cloud and business needs are being met.

What you'll do

  • Respond to incoming sales inquiries from new and existing clients by phone, email, live chat, or in person (during events, for example).
  • Determine the needs of your clients, inform them about the latest solutions available to them, and establish onboarding strategies adapted to their specific needs.
  • Identify opportunities
  • in our existing client database
  • Negotiate contracts with clients and facilitate payments
  • Nurture existing client relationships and represent the company with enthusiasm and professionalism
  • Participate in retention initiatives and churn-rate reduction strategies.
  • Help solve problems by connecting clients with the right people in our support or operations teams

Who you are

  • Proficient bilingual communicator: French & English, spoken and written (prove it in your cover letter!)
  • Experienced salesperson or account manager with at least 1 year of experience in sales
  • Computer and tech savvy
  • Competent writer with good typing speed
  • Friendly, outgoing and approachable
