At WHC, we're always looking for ways to improve our services and provide you with a better experience. As part of our ongoing commitment to innovation and efficiency, we’re now retiring the old version of the Client Area.
Most WHC clients have already made the switch to the new Client Area, and the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive! If you’re already using it, there won’t be any changes, so you can just enjoy the same modern, streamlined experience you know and love.
For those who haven’t made the switch yet, you're missing out on major features. But don’t worry! The transition is seamless, and you’ll soon enjoy a more intuitive and feature-rich platform designed to make managing your services even easier.
Why the change?
The Classic Client Area has served our clients well for many years, but technology evolves, and so do customers’ needs. The new Client Area was developed with usability, performance, and security in mind, ensuring you get the best experience possible. Here’s what makes the new Client Area the better choice:
Improved user experience
A cleaner, more intuitive interface that makes account management easier than ever.
New onboarding feature
New users benefit from a built-in setup wizard to help make onboarding a breeze.
Easy access to badges
From your new dashboard, you can access Green Hosting and our new Canadian badges to display on your website.
Instant services
Easily enhance your online experience with WHC Instant Services, available directly in your Client Area. Whether you need to add a personalized email address, upgrade to web hosting, register a new domain, or activate other essential features, you can do it all in just a few clicks.
“Refer a Friend” Option
Click the “Refer a Friend” button on the menu of your new interface, copy the referral link, and share it with your friends. You could get 3 free months of web hosting for every successful referral!
Easy access to our team
The new Client Area offers easy access to support. Some clients can even reach out to their account executive directly from the Client Area. If you have a Technical Account Manager, you can also reach out to them directly from the dashboard. Whether it’s optimizing performance, troubleshooting challenges, or offering expert guidance, they’re here to ensure your services run smoothly.

What does this mean for me?
Starting March 6, all clients will be automatically switched to the new Client Area, and the classic one will be retired shortly thereafter. See a missing feature or want to share a comment? Reach out to our support team!
