Branding & Website

Our new logo, website and slogan reinforces our strengths and identity while presenting our services and approach clearly and concisely. Here are some key changes:

• We’ve moved our website to https://whc.ca (on both languages). The entire user experience is now fully secured by SSL.
• New modern logo: a network map of Eastern North America, superimposed over a red globe to showcase our Canadian identity, our technological commitment, and our international reach.
• A new slogan, “.CA Lives here”, further reinforcing simplicity and familiarity with an emphasis on domains, the backbone of the Internet.
• Complete website makeover, with a modern theme, clear call to actions and revamped text to help you easily find the information you need.

Our Team & Support

We’ve more than doubled our team in the last 12 months and are proud to announce the immediate availability of our 24/7 in-house phone support service, which is provided in addition to existing live chat and email support.

Our monitoring systems have improved, our SysAdmin team is more experienced, our firewall rules are more effective, and our interventions are even faster.

We are doubling our efforts and investments in research and development so that we continune to innovate on the technical front and continue to bring you cutting-edge performance, security, and high-availability across all our Canadian infrastructure.
